Abstract—this study aims to identify the perceptual differences between internet banking adopters and non-adopters especially in the malaysian retail banking sector it investigates whether the perception varies between adopters. A study conducted examined the evolution of e-banking in malaysia and analyzed the various electronic delivery channels such as automated teller machines (atm) this has given a myriad of options to customers in choosing banking services. However, this study focuses in the adoption of internet banking services by customers in evidence of the students of universiti utara malaysia our study aims to gain a deeper understanding of the factors influencing the adoption of internet banking services by uum students.
